RETURNS

At Hats N' Roses, we take pride in the handmade craftsmanship of our items. Once we start processing your order, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds. However, we understand that situations may arise, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the full value of the items purchased will be provided instead. This way, you can explore other items in our collection that better suit your preferences.

Please note that customizable items and items purchased at a discounted rate (e.g., sale, discount/coupon code) are considered FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, these items are not eligible for returns or store credit.

EXCHANGES 

We understand that purchasing online can be a little difficult sometimes. If the model you received didn't quite look how you expected, or fit well, we do offer a one time free exchange for either a different size, color or model on each US order within 30 days of delivery. The exchange will be processed once we receive the item and inspect it to make sure it is in perfect sellable condition. Please keep in mind, for any additional exchanges, buyer may be provided with a return label plus a $25 non-refundable restocking fee will be charged, or if you prefer, you can purchase your own label and we will contact you once we receive the item.
